we went to cafe la rica for dinner, it was only 700 feet away and we were satisfied. we can recommend this hotel to family coming to jeddah. we really enjoyed crom airport.

The local staff was friendly. King Abdulaziz airport was hardly 5 minutes away by car. We loved staying at crom airport

Front desk neither friendly nor professional; after 10-15 minutes of struggle to get their attention, they told me no rooms where available; you have to wait about an hour for people to check out. No luggage storage available (this is a first for me). No effort was made to get room service to clean room quickly before check in. No courtesy service for waiting customers; who were also as irritated as I was, especially the ones with children.

Location is excellent IF you arrive at the South Terminal (Saudi Airlines). From other terminals is a long way, so can just as well go to a hotel in the city. The taxi ride costs the same

While some of the staff attemps to provide service, the quality of service provided is really lousy. Wake up call is not made as booked while they call you when at times when you obviously want to sleep in the very early morning.

I didn't have a good experience at this hotel. The only thing I liked was that it was walking distance from the airport.

My initial room was dirty and the shower didn't work. When asked someone to come and look at the shower, I had to call 7 times and didn't get any assistance until 2 hours later. They changed my room, but shower didn't have any hot water. I paid top dollar for a horrible place.

Acctualy nothing it is very bad hotel.they don't have adaptor to charge your cell phone or you laptop . You pay for the car parking . The room is strange scary.

The reception was very modern/clean looking but once you go past that, its hell. Pure hell. Insects, dirty beds, my drainage had no cover (you could see the sewage pipes directly), noise in the hallway, smoking everywhere!! This is not a 4 star hotel as claimed on the website!

Its near the airport and they can carry ur laugage to the checking gate so u don't have to do it ur self

Metal doors metal everything. Restrooms are not that great no minibar can't beleave its a 4 star hotel I would say its a 2 star.

Check in was easy, the hotel is attached to the arrivals lounge so very easy to find after a late night flight. friendly staff.

In the morning, there was no hot water so I had to have a cold shower. An in room kettle was provided with tea & coffee making facilities, the plug was the wrong type to fit and the hotel didn't have any adapters available.

Bad ac its as refrigerator and you cannot adjust the temperature, bad staff they don't clean the room till you shout to the manager, bad service, each time you use the hotel you must pay for the airport gate they don't have special gate, bad welcoming, the staff are not aware with the system, I have booked there for six days all were horrible in this hotel, this hotel is designed only for the local transit passengers, really I don't recommend this hotel if you have business inside Jeddah

only best thing is that it is in Airport.Facilities are very poor> wash room are not like hotel wash rooms, rather they look like public toilets. Rooms like army bankers not hotel rooms and breakfast is very hopless. Even staff was not helpfull. all items served in the reakfast are old. Money you charged is for four star hotel and facilities are two star hotel. i may not like to stay in this hotel next time. I will also advise others, if they donot having any choice even then think twice before staying in the Crom Hotel.
